These Terms & Conditions apply to every course on DCXCADEMY E-LEARNING. Course content is distributed by DC AI Solutions ("we", "us"). By clicking "I agree" you accept them.

1. Personal licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to view the course for your own learning. You may not share your login, resell, copy, download, screen-record, re-upload or distribute any video, document or other material.

2. One account, one person
Accounts are for one person only. We may limit the devices and IP addresses an account can use, sign you out when the account is used elsewhere, and suspend accounts that appear to be shared.

3. Education only, not investment advice
All lessons are general education about financial markets. Nothing in the course is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trading and investing carry risk, including loss of your capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Make your own decisions, or speak to a licensed adviser.

4. Course progress and certificate
Lessons unlock one step at a time. You must complete each step before the next one opens. A certificate of completion is issued after every step is completed. It confirms completion of the course only and is not a professional or regulatory qualification.

5. Payment and refunds
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Because access to digital content starts immediately, fees are not refundable once a course has been opened, except where the law requires otherwise.

6. Access period
Access lasts for the period stated on the course page. We may update, reorder or retire lessons to keep the content current.

7. Privacy
We store your name, email, IP addresses and learning progress to run the platform, secure your account and issue certificates. We do not sell your personal data.

8. Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, you will be asked to accept the new version the next time you sign in.
